The programmes below are priorities identified from the constituency's own submissions to Parliament and from the census evidence on this site. Indicative costs are planning estimates for scoping purposes, not approved budgets. Approved projects, with their implementing authority and appropriation, replace these entries as the office confirms them.

A comprehensive audit of allocations made over the past fifteen years, tabled as a motion in the National Assembly.
Ledumadumane South and Senthumole
Raising facility coverage above the current position of roughly one public facility for every 29,000 residents in the wider settlement.
Tlhapalanoga and Ledumadumane North
Additional classroom blocks against a school-age population of roughly 13,180 under-15 residents.
Constituency-wide
Mogoditshane East was delimited, gazetted and contested for the first time, returning its first Member of Parliament with a turnout of 78.75 per cent.
All six wards
Councillors declared and seated for Kgosing, Selemene, Ledumadumane North, Ledumadumane South, Senthumole and Tlhapalanoga.

Serviced residential land against roughly 514 new households forming in the constituency each year.

Carriageway, drainage, lighting and footways along the main commercial corridor, the constituency's busiest and least protected stretch.
